Who Is Brodie?
Brodie Butler
Photographer. Cinematographer. Educator.
Brodie is a commercial portrait photographer based in Perth, Western Australia. He has been behind the camera for over 18 years and is well known for his use of light, specialising in off-camera flash.
Having a long career at such a high level has allowed him to stretch across multiple genre's of photography and even branch out into cinematography and directing.
He spent a decade as an editorial automotive photographer published all over the world, spent years as a cinematographer in the film industry and even headed up the Media department for the National Legends Football League in Australia. A camera has taken him all over the world.
He now focuses his efforts towards portraits & making people look good which enables him to work with a wide range of talented and amazing people.
Teaching has always been a passion and he has been running sold-out photography workshops for over 10 years.
